The 2026 SEMPRE PGR/ECR Conference will be held on Thursday 16th April 2026 for postgraduate and early career researchers (PGRs/ECRs) in the fields of music psychology and music education. It will be jointly hosted by the Centre for Music and Science (University of Cambridge) and the Music, Mind and Brain group (Goldsmiths College, University of London), with the event taking place at the Faculty of Music, University of Cambridge.
The conference will feature a mixture of oral and poster presentations. Participation will be welcomed by PGRs and ECRs at all levels. In-person attendance is encouraged, but there will also be a remote participation option.
A call for papers will be released in due course. In the meantime, please save the date!
